DISPATCH AND PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are typically dispatched within 24-48 hours of being received. Orders are not dispatched on UK weekends and bank holidays. For example, if you order on a Friday, your item will not be dispatched until the following Monday or Tuesday. During busy periods (e.g., Black Friday), dispatch times may be extended by an additional 24-48 hours. In some cases, we may need to order items from suppliers, which could further extend the dispatch timing.

Once packed, your order will be dispatched that day, and you'll receive a tracking code via email. The following delivery timeframes are typical but may vary depending on the postal operator, especially during busy periods. We do not have control over these timeframes and do not guarantee them.
