Christmas & New Year Opening Hours

During the Christmas holidays this year, our offices will be closed from 5:00pm on the 19th of December and will reopen at 9:00am on the 5th of January.
Please be aware that any orders placed between these dates will be processed once we return in the new year.

Any enquiries or emails sent during this period may still be monitored, but orders will not be dispatched and issues cannot be fully resolved until at least the 5th of January.

Last Dispatch Date Before Christmas

To ensure you receive your items before the Christmas break, please place your order before midday on the 19th of December.

Any orders placed after this time may not be processed in time for Christmas and will be dispatched in the new year once we reopen.

Returns

For customers requesting a refund, the cut-off date for it to be processed before the holidays will be 19th December.
Any exchanges or returns received after this date will be processed from 5th January.
